Vehicle kilometer calculation:
All vehicle kilometers are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis (Cochin City to Cochin City / Ernakulam to Ernakulam / Trivandrum to Trivandrum).

Advance Payment:

24-Hour Service:
24-hour Cab service is available for clients; however, this service is not applicable for  within Cochin city.

Driver Accommodation:
While booking resorts or hotels, please ensure that parking space and washroom facilities are available for the driver. If these facilities are unavailable, the driver will stay at the nearest lodge or pay-and-parking area, and the cost will be charged to the customer.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
