- NB > When you are going to bathe on the beach, you must carry a pair of clothes.
If you come in those wet clothes after bathing in the sea, you are not allowed to enter the vehicle for any reason. There will be no compromise in this matter. - At the time of Resort / Hotel Booking, please ensure that the Hotel And Resort You are staying at has vehicle parking near the area and must arrange washroom facilities for the driver. The vehicle parking and driver washroom, are the customer’s responsibility. Otherwise, they will park the vehicle at the nearest Pay and Parking area and the parking expense Additionally will be charged.
- 30% Payment in Advance as a Booking Amount For Outstation Pick up (not refundable amount) [Like Coimbatore – Madurai – Kanya kumari – Chennai – Banglore ‘ etc… ]
- If You Reduce Your Travel Days Or Change the Tour Destinations You Told Us about, We will Not Be Able To Reduce The Vehicle Charge and Not Refund the Amount.
- When you are picked up by our vehicle, you have to save the Kilometer of the vehicle, which is the Customer’s responsibility. If the driver does not have the facility to a Local restaurant at the Near the hotel/resort where you are staying, the driver will go out in the vehicle and that kilometer will be included in your trip kilometer. If you have any complaints regarding mileage or anything else, you should inform us at that time, We will not accept any complaints on the last day of the trip.

- Pick-up and Drop points will Be One Only (If Multiple Pickups and Drops Plz mention email / WhatsApp Conversation Before Paying the Booking Amount)
- Always Check with Hotels, they should have easy access by road and should have vehicle parking.
- If The Vehicle is Not in Good Condition at The Time of Pickup please inform the company by Phone or Email Before Start The Trip. will change the vehicle as soon as possible.
- Taxi Rates are Subject to change during Festivals / Peak Seasons / Vehicle availability and Last Minute Bookings …etc
- If for any reason the vehicle is damaged or the vehicle is involved in an accident, we will arrange another vehicle to replace it. Time will be required according to the place where the above things happened.
- Some areas in the town/city limits are with not allow stoppage so the driver can drop the guest only in the nearest convenient place where parking /stoppage is safely / legally Allowed.
- Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like roadblocks, political disturbances, etc
- Kerala Tourism Taxi Driver’s Normal Sightseeing Duty Time will only be from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. [ this time limit only for Sightseeing days ] and After 09 p.m., you will be charged an additional Driver bata Per Hour of 300 Rupee. [ Not> We are not any Additional driver bata charged for Early Morning airport / Railway station Pickup ]
- Tempo Travelers cannot go to some hotels in Kovalam Lighthouse Beach. A narrow road and steep descent can’t take Tempo Traveler down that way.!
- In places like Fort Kochi, hotels do not provide any facilities for drivers, so the vehicle and driver return to our garage, and that kilometer is included in your trip kilometer.
- Toll and parking Including one-time one place only, a return visit to the same place will be charged the toll and parking extra from the Customer.
- Shopping Center and Shopping Mall – Parking Charge will be Charged additional. [ This place has parking Per Hour based. ]
- Consider hiring a comfortable and spacious vehicle, like a tempo traveller, to make the journey more enjoyable.
- Travel times are approximate and can vary based on traffic and road conditions.

The Price information we give you when you ask us for a Taxi charge is for our won vehcile . The Lowest charge is due to the fact that most of our Vehicle are Free on the date you gave us, and you must book the vehicle in advance with a maximum of one or two days ' with small amount. It is better to book taxi and hotel in advance. You can sometimes save a small amount by booking at the last minute. But such a driver and vehicle can ruin your vacation. When you book in advance, the travel agency's own vehicle will be reserved for you, and for last-minute bookings, they will provide you with the vehicle they have available.
