Vehicle kilometer calculation:
All vehicle kilometers are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis (Cochin City to Cochin City / Ernakulam to Ernakulam / Trivandrum to Trivandrum).

Advance Payment:
Advance payment is mandatory for confirming your Urbania rental booking in Kerala.

24-Hour Service:
24-hour Cab service is available for clients; however, this service is not applicable for  within Cochin city.

Driver Accommodation:
While booking resorts or hotels, please ensure that parking space and washroom facilities are available for the driver. If these facilities are unavailable, the driver will stay at the nearest lodge or pay-and-parking area, and the cost will be charged to the customer.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
We are not responsible for additional expenses caused by situations beyond our control, such as roadblocks, political disturbances, or natural calamities.

Driver Duty Time:

Seasonal Rate Changes:
Taxi rates may change during festival seasons, peak tourist periods, and last-minute bookings.

Restricted Stopping Areas:
In locations where stopping is not permitted, the driver will drop guests at the nearest safe and legally permitted location.

Passenger Capacity:
The Kerala tourism Urbania taxi permit allows a maximum of 14 passengers (including children).

Insurance Coverage:
Insurance coverage applies to a maximum of 14 passengers plus the driver.

Tour Changes:
If travel days are reduced or tour destinations are changed after arrival, vehicle charges will remain the same and no refund will be issued.

Toll & Parking Policy:
Toll and parking charges are included for one-time visits to a single location only. Additional visits to the same place will incur extra charges. Parking charges at shopping centers or markets will also be charged extra.
