• Vehicle kilometers are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis (Cochin City to Cochin City / Ernakulam to Ernaulam or Trivandrum to Trivandrum).
• Advance payment is mandatory for Taxi booking
• 24-hour cab service is available for clients (Not valid for Cochin).
• At the time of resort/hotel booking, please ensure your accommodation has parking and washroom facilities for the driver. If these facilities are unavailable, the driver will stay in the nearest lodge Or Pay and Parking area and the cost will be charged to the customer.
• We are not responsible for expenses caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., roadblocks, political disturbances, natural calamities).
• Kerala Tourism Taxi Driver’s normal SIGHT SEEING duty time is 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  Befor 8 AM or After 9:00 PM, an additional driver allowance (Bata) of ₹300 per hour will be charged.
• 24-hour service will be provided for emergencies such as hospital visits.
• 24-hour service is available for airport/railway station arrival pickups and departure drop-offs in Cochin.
• Taxi rates are subject to change during festivals, peak seasons, and last-minute bookings.
• In some areas, stopping is not allowed; the driver will drop guests at the nearest convenient and legally permitted location.
• The 15+1 seater fixed Glass Urbania tempo traveller permit allows only for 12 passengers, including children.
• Insurance coverage applies to 15 passengers plus the driver only.
• If travel days are reduced or tour destinations are changed after arrival, vehicle charges will not be reduced and no refund will be issued.
• Toll and parking charges are included for one-time, one-place visits only; for return visits, additional charges apply.
• Parking charges for shopping centers or markets will be charged extra.
• We offer Cochin and Trivandrum-based luxury tempo travellers, including Urbania Tempo Travellers on a per-day rental basis. Economy and luxury options are available near Kochi Airport.
• For groups of more than 15 passengers, please book a 17 seater – 24-seater or 26-seater tempo traveller.
