• For Booking CABs – Advance Payment is Mandatory.
• If You Reduce Your Travel Days Or Change the Tour Destinations After The Arrival, We will Not Be Able To Reduce The Vehicle Charge and Not Refund the Amount.
• At the time of Resort /Hotel Booking, please ensure that the Hotel And Resort You are staying at has vehicle parking near the area and must arrange washroom facilities for the driver. The vehicle parking and driver washroom, are the customer’s responsibility. Otherwise, We will park the vehicle at the nearest Pay and Parking area and the parking expense Additionally will be charged.
• 24 Hours Cab will be with Client [ Not Valid For Cochin]
• Kerala Tourism Taxi Driver’s Normal Duty Time will be from 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
• After 09 PM to will be charged per Hour 250 Rupee. Additional Driver allowance.
• 24-hour service will be provided for Emergency Services like Hospital emergencies,
• 24-hour service will be provided for Pick up on Arrival or Drop off on Departure.
• Taxi Rates are Subject to change during Festivals / Peak Seasons / Last Minute Bookings …etc
• Some areas in the town/city limits are not allowed stoppage so the driver can drop the guest only in the nearest convenient place where parking /stoppage is safely / legally Allowed.
• 08+1 Seater Passenger taxi permit Tempo Traveller for 08 passengers only allowed including Children.
• Tempo Traveller Vehicle Insurance coverage only for 08 passengers + Driver.
• Tempo Traveller rental With Driver Only.
• 08+1 Ac Push back Seater Passenger Tempo Traveller for with Kerala tourism Driver.
• Toll and parking one time one place, return visit, not including  the toll and  parking
• Shopping Center and Shopping Market Parking Charge will be Charged additional.
