All House boat Customer Checking / Check Out not a same area but mostly house boat Checking point in Finishing Point in near the Alleppey Town and Punnamada also another Check in Check Out Point Its 3 kilometer from Alleppey Town the same road to Finishing Point . this both House boat Check in and Check Out point is public Boat jetty.

Some House boat owners have private Checking Check out point , one of most popular private House boat Check in Check out boat jetty is Pallathuruthy its 6 Kilometer from Alleppey Town [ Alleppey to Changanassery road ] , this kind of many private House boat Check in Check out boat jetty in Alleppey .

Kumarakom is other side of the Alleppey lake [ Vembanad lake ] house boat checking point is Kavanattinkara and Rajive Jetty both are public House Boat Check in and Check Out point .

The House Boat Rate depending to Tourism Season and Public Holidays ,For a better rate You can negotiate with any , but it will reflect the Quality of Service and Cruise. Normally when you negotiate some will reduce the rate at the same time they will adjust in the type of Houseboat and the service so be be careful negotiate .! do not fall in cheap houseboats the will never provide good service the have not issue for negative reviews . better service you can book you House boat for one Travel Agency the will provide good House boat and maximum Good service B’coz negative reviews Effect future business .

Do not expect a hotel like facilities in Houseboat , Most of the Houseboat do not have direct running hot water for the bath , The Air Condition in the room will not cool suddenly like in home and hotels. It will take 30 minutes to 01 hours to be in full power ,normally 6:00 pm to 07:00 am- Boat will Anchored & it will be idle in the lake. (As per GOVT. Rule- Village people need to put net in the lake for fishing) , and In Deluxe and premium houseboat air-condition will function in bedroom from 09.00 PM till 06.00 AM only.

 In Luxury houseboat air-condition will be working full time. The Houseboat will not park/anchor on the middle of the lake. It will park on the shore / village need to connect electricity for the AC and charge the inverter. Parking houseboat on the middle of the lake is also not allowed by the rules.

House Boat variants : Deluxe , Premium , Luxury . one bedroom to Six bedroom House Boat available also .! candle light dinner , Honeymoon bed decoration and Extra person also will be charge additional . Very Careful for your Children the lake very deep . Sightseeing The boat Cruise in Vembanad lake ,  fishing , village walks , Sunset Cruise , paddy fields and coconut lagoons during your journey across the backwaters.
